This will be the seventh time the Redbirds will serve as hosts to the MVC Softball Championship and the first time since 2017. The tournament will feature all 12 teams and will be played in a single-elimination format over four days. Seeds 5-12 will play opening-round games on Wednesday, May 8, and the top four teams will receive a bye and play the winners of the opening-round games on Thursday, May 9.
