The Board of Trustees has proposed amending Section C, Chapter 4, Number 5 of the Governing Document. The proposed amendment would only affect the second bullet point of the document as follows:
- Differential tuition for a program may be charged upon approval by the Board of Trustees.
The rest of the document will remain unchanged.

The Board anticipates scheduling a special meeting on January 25, 2024, to consider this amendment.
Members of the ISU faculty, staff, and student body may submit their views and comments regarding the proposed amendment to Interim President Aondover Tarhule for distribution to the Board by completing this feedback form by January 14, 2024.
