Target just kicked off a teacher appreciation campaign to donate $6 million to schools through June 15, 2015. Say thanks to a teacher and Target will donate $25 to the school of your choice.
Fourth Grade 5K to benefit St. Jude Children’s Hospital
Thomas Metcalf’s fourth graders are planning and participating in the first ever “Fourth Grade 5K” beginning at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 20, on Illinois State University’s track to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Metcalf’s band and chorus concert combined
Metcalf’s spring band and chorus concert will be combined this year. It will be held at University High’s Stroud Auditorium at 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 27.
Metcalf races into history with school’s first track team
