The spring 2013 Meal Plan Change Request Form will be available starting Oct. 2 on the Campus Dining website (Dining.IllinoisState.edu). Students livings in the residence halls, at Cardinal Court, or off-campus can use the form to change their spring meal plan selection through January 9, 2013.
