Spring commencement is just around the corner and is an exciting time for upcoming graduates. This is a time of celebration to honor the future alumni of Illinois State University. The spring 2014 graduates will be recognized at the following ceremonies:

College of Business ranked in Bloomberg Businessweek’s top 100

State Farm Hall of Business

The College of Business at Illinois State University is ranked 95th nationally in the 2014 Bloomberg Businessweek Best Undergraduate Business Schools rankings. This marks the fifth year in a row that the College of Business has been ranked by Bloomberg Businessweek.

Internal Revenue Service-Criminal Investigation (IRS-CI) Special Agent Brett Rovey, B.S./M.P.A. ’09, was recognized February 27 by U.S. Attorney Kenneth Magidson, of the Southern District of Texas, at the 2014 United States Attorney’s Awards Ceremony held in Houston.

Max Rexroad joined the faculty in 1969 at the age of 27, expecting to remain until completing his dissertation at the University of Illinois. Plans changed when he realized the potential to help shape ISU’s program.

MBA associate dean to step down, return to teaching

Dr. S.J. Chang

S.J. Chang, associate dean for the MBA and Undergraduate Programs, has announced that he plans to leave his current position June 30, 2014, and return as a faculty member to the Department of Finance, Insurance and Law effective August 16, 2014.
