The Department of Psychology created the Extending Empathy Project, designed to explore the idea of understanding. The project kicked off this fall with a series of speakers and round-table discussions.

The Department of Psychology and the Cognitive Behavioral Sciences (CBS) Colloquium Series will present a talk titled, “What is the difference between not remembering and not knowing?” with Jennifer Coane ’01, M.S. ’04, at 2 p.m. Friday, October 5, in 48 DeGarmo Hall. Coane is an associate professor of psychology at Colby College.
