Illinois State College of Business students have been helping small businesses in Normal that have been affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Despite incoming Illinois State freshman Ryan Hickenbottom’s longtime volunteer efforts in McLean County, it still came as a surprise to him that he was selected as one of seven incoming recipients of the McLean County Full Tuition Scholarship.
