Don’t be left in the cold on payday
Employees who receive a “hard copy” payroll check should make arrangements to pick up their checks by the close of business Friday, December 21, 2018 at the University Payroll Office located in College Place Uptown, Suite E. As usual, a photo ID and signature is required for pickup.
Form W-4 notices
All employees who claimed total exemption from income tax withholding in 2018 must submit a new 2019 Form W-4 by February 15, 2019.

IRS creates ‘Paycheck Checkup’ flyer
The IRS created a one-page flyer employers can give to employees to remind them to complete a Paycheck Checkup so they will not receive an unexpected tax bill or penalty at tax time (IRS, Publication 5303, Paycheck Checkup, rev. 6-18, posted 7-12-18).
