MBA Association

The Masters of Business Administration Association (MBAA) provides a bridge between MBA students and the M.B.A. Program. The MBA Association allows students to participate in activities on two levels. First to foster the professional development of students, the MBA Association brings in industry speakers and sponsors field trips throughout the year. Additionally the MBA Association supports the social development of M.B.A. students by hosting social and philanthropic events.

The College of Business is pleased to announce that Jay Rich has been named the interim chairperson of the Accounting Department for the 2013-2014 academic year. Rich will assume his new duties July 15, 2013.

College of Business student named Bone Scholar

Congratulations to Jason Hufendick, a business administration/general finance major from Jacksonville, who has been chosen a Robert G. Bone Scholar for the 2013-2014 school year. Fourteen students at Illinois State University have been chosen as new Bone Scholars. The announcement was made by Kim Pereira, director of the Honors Program.
